The Perfect Home

Joanna Boyd is a Home Buyer’s secret weapon. She is dedicated to finding the perfect home for those in the market. Joanna and her team work out of their Paddington office, a freshly designed space with a blank wall that needed an artwork to complete the look. That’s where we came in. We were commissioned to create a canvas piece to tie the room together and tell a narrative of her work in the Brisbane Real Estate Market.

The artwork presents the perspective of a client who has found and is sitting in their forever home. The feeling of great serenity after securing their home is emphasized through the impasto technique the paint is laid and pastel colour palette. The view of their newly bought Queenslander porch is seen through a freshly picked bouquet of flowers. The curtains artfully emboss Joanna Boyd’s logo, using gold leaf to match the gold detailing of the office furniture that sits next to the painting.

At @MCRT.Studio we custom make artworks to a size that fits perfectly in the space that is allocated. We build frames and stretch the canvas to create the desired size for the concept design and space the artwork sits in.
